A fire that originated inside a garage wall resulted in heavy smoke odor and soot throughout all three levels of the home. Our team performed a full contents packout, carefully documenting and removing non-salvageable items while transporting salvageable contents to our facility for professional cleaning and restoration. Detailed photo inventories for both salvageable and total-loss items give adjusters clear documentation and help homeowners see what can be restored, while ensuring they are properly compensated for the items that cannot as repairs move forward.

This customer's water heater unfortunately failed in the middle of the night. The mitigation team that came out to the site saw there there was flooring that needed to be replaced due to water penetration, they did not have the capacity or manpower to packout the contents from the flooded basement and crawlspace. They called us, we arrived onsite while they were still setting drying equipment to stabilize the environment. We walked the home, explained our process to the homeowner and made a game plan with the mitigation team. During the packout we discovered wet documents that the homeowner requested be salvaged. We brought them to our facility to be properly handled in our drying chamber while the field team completed the packout so the mitigation contractor could get back in to complete there work. Teamwork and coordination win the day.

The customer contacted us after a small fire caused by a malfunctioning candle warmer. Because insurance coverage was limited, we determined that an onsite structure and contents cleaning would be the most cost-effective solution. Our team completed the work within the policy limits, avoiding any out-of-pocket expense for the homeowner. Using specialized tools and fire restoration products, we restored the affected areas to pre-loss condition. Even though the job site was a long distance from our shop, we stayed nearby to ensure the work was completed efficiently and thoroughly — going the extra mile to help the customer recover quickly.

An insurance adjuster who knows our quality of work reached out to us for assistance with moving furnishings from a wood floor and basement scrapbook room to allow for water mitigation efforts. Our team stepped into and used our reliable Airsled tool to safely transport the expensive tables onsite to prevent any damage. Most items were brought offsite to our facility, but we worked with the homeowner to assuage their concerns regarding the most expensive items. We also brought in scaffolding and setup dust protection for items that didn't require packout. Providing solutions to our clients with efficiency and utmost care will always be our top priority. We look forward to returning this customers contents once flooring has been replaced!

The customer reached out to us following a stovetop kitchen fire in their apartment on Monday afternoon. We were quick to respond, beginning our packout process on Tuesday morning and wrapping up by the afternoon. This swift reaction enabled other contractors to start cleaning and painting on Wednesday morning. Our dedicated team made sure that no time was wasted, managing this situation efficiently. We recently rendered our services to a high-end homeowner whose property suffered a substantial water loss. Their house was filled with expensive furniture, much of which was damaged by the water. We promptly performed an onsite movement of their valuable contents to safeguard them while wood floor repairs were underway. Not just that, we thoroughly documented all the damage and expertly coordinated repair efforts for the affected furniture. Non-affected items were carefully documented and packed, and moved within the home. Multiple Persian rugs were affected, we removed them from the home, dried them, and coordinated restoration with our trusted rug partner. We are grateful for the trust placed in our team to handle this delicate situation with utmost care and precision.

We've recently offered our services to a homeowner who had a complex problem. The house had been heavily affected with pepper spray by law enforcement during the process of removing an intruder. To tackle this unique scenario, we put our expertise into action. We were called upon by a customer who suffered a water loss that caused flooding in her garage, brought on by the apartment unit above hers. Our task was quite specific - to inventory the non-salvageable items, document everything appropriately, and also identify the salvageable items. We actively engaged in the process and carried away the salvageable items for professional cleaning. We understand the difficult circumstances and distress situations like these could cause. Therefore, we're working closely with the customer and her insurance to ensure a smooth resolution to this unfortunate incident. We're committed to doing our best to ease the burden and expedite the recovery process.

The customer reached out to us for assistance due to a minor water loss incident in their basement which required immediate attention. We responded promptly to address the situation and ensure minimal damage to the basement area. In our service provision, we carefully packed out a bed and pillows to get those items cleaned and restored. As part of our comprehensive service, we also arranged for a bear rug that was in the area to be professionally restored. This reflects our commitment to ensuring all items affected, regardless of size, are treated with utmost care. Every task is undertaken with diligence and efficiency, reassuring clients they can rely on us in times of need.

A storefront nail salon was forced to shut down after a fire caused significant structural damage. Our team arrived quickly to inventory and document hundreds of non-salvage cosmetic products and tools — polishes, gels, acrylic powders, nail lamps, manicure and pedicure kits, sanitizers, lotions, and more — totaling many thousands of dollars. Salvageable items, including manicure and pedicure stations, massaging spa chairs, and other equipment, were brought to our facility for specialized cleaning and then returned. Phoenix Contents has the ability to handle both personal property and retail business property to meet insurance needs and help businesses get back on their feet.
