Late January of this year our business had a fire. As a small business owner clean up after the fire was over whelming. Kona and her team came in and took care of everything. Erin, who was in charge of cleaning and sorting through salvageable from non-salvageable was so professional and knowledgeable. Phoenix Content Restoration was God send. I would highly recommend Phoenix Content Restoration!

The Phoenix employees did a very careful and meticulous job of packing the contents of my mother’s apartment after a fire. Even the smallest breakable items were thoughtfully packed and marked. The only items that didn’t come back were built-ins that they wouldn’t know were owner-added. Everyone was incredibly kind in a difficult situation. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend Phoenix Contents to anyone in need of professional handling of their belongings. When my parents' basement flooded, we had Phoenix take over the sorting through, packing, and moving of the items so that we could get equipment in and dry the basement out. Our project manager Hallie was knowledgeable and quick to respond to our needs. The staff that worked at my parents' home were polite and treated the belongings like their own. Phoenix Contents helped turn an overwhelming situation into a manageable and clear path forward. I'm really glad we found them!

Packing up Eastern Star explosion belongings went very well, and a minor glitch was quickly and cheerfully rectified. I would certainly use them myself if the need ever arise.
